1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to gt1008 and its parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and employees.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique, personal account registered by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount deposited into or held within a User's Account, including any applicable bonus balances.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bets, cashback, or reward offered by gt1008 to eligible Users, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other gambling event available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the gt1008 Platform is restricted to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. gt1008 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or close relative of an employee of gt1008 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You must not be a professionally licensed player, agent, or team representative who may have inside information on events offered for betting on the Platform.
7. You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the Platform at the time of registration or play.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the gt1008 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether in the same name, under different names, using different email addresses, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. gt1008 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the User.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify gt1008 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. gt1008 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security precautions.

3.4 Account Transfers

Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights or interests therein to any third party.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

gt1008 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards and is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals and certain high-value deposits.

4.1 Required Documentation

Users may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving license)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document
• Documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits, where required by AML compliance procedures

4.2 Verification Timeline

gt1008 aims to complete standard identity verification within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high volume, processing may take longer. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documentation, will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of any pending withdrawal requests, and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

gt1008 supports deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and user account tier; the applicable limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. gt1008 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply per payment method, as displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• gt1008 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

5.4 Processing Times

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the gt1008 Platform for Indonesian players are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gt1008 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without prior arrangement with customer support.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by gt1008 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements applicable to that promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section. Where there is a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable bonus funds and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in its specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• gt1008 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion, including in cases where abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

gt1008 employs advanced detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Any account found engaging in such activity will have its bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension at gt1008's sole discretion.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet or wager is deemed accepted and confirmed only when a unique transaction reference number is issued to the User. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that all bet details — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming any wager.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and are subject to change at gt1008's discretion.

7.3 Integrity of Events

gt1008 reserves the right to suspend, void, or cancel any bet where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the event. Any winnings generated from such bets will be withheld pending investigation.

7.4 Errors and System Faults

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious typographical errors in odds, game malfunctions, or software bugs — gt1008 reserves the right to void affected bets and reinstate original stakes. gt1008 is not liable to pay winnings generated as a result of any obvious error or technical fault.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt1008 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by gt1008
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of multi-player game manipulation
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or game glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward other users or gt1008 staff
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Opening duplicate or multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the gt1008 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of gt1008 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of gt1008.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt1008 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any service interruption, system error, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from circumstances beyond gt1008's reasonable control
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, banks, or network operators
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit gt1008's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

gt1008 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. 12. Responsible Gaming

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting gt1008 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

13.2 Suspension by gt1008

gt1008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, suspected money laundering, abusive behavior, or any other activity that gt1008 reasonably deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. Any outstanding wagering requirements or pending bets at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the relevant promotional terms and gt1008's standard operating procedures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gt1008 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Indonesian users acknowledge that gt1008 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. By using the Platform, you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws of Indonesia applicable to you personally and agree that gt1008 bears no responsibility for your compliance with local laws.

15. Amendments
